What does it cost to customize a basket?
We've had custom orders from $ 80 to $ 1,000. It all depends on your budget and the recipient's tastes: Hershey's or Godiva? Two books or more? We can also include gift cards, gift certificates, specialty items and so much more.
May I substitute items for the contents shown?

Who selects the books and other gift items?
We choose the contents for the standard baskets on the Home Page, but you can always upgrade to a custom order. We will choose based on our knowledge, research and experience, or you may select. A profile you provide of the recipient will guide our choices.
How well do the baskets ship?
Because of our professional packaging, our baskets arrive in excellent condition. We have never had a complaint. We deliver in our immediate South Florida area and ship nationwide.
How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs include the carton and shipping service as well as postage based on dimensional weight (as opposed to actual weight), distance, and method of shipping (ground, second-day air, etc.). The actual volume of the box on the delivery truck is factored in to the major carriers' rates. There is no tax for orders originating out of the state of Florida.
What shippers do you use?
We can ship your order either via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Must my gift basket contain books?
No. You may customize your order to include any combination of gourmet items, gifts, DVDs, CDs, magazines, books on tape, large-print books, stationery items, games, puzzles, and more.
It is also possible to order gourmet items alone.
Will my gift look exactly like the photo?
It will look even better all wrapped up, especially the custom, one-of-a-kind creations. We assure you that if something is out of stock, we will make substitutions of any holder or contents with an item of equal value and quality.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Corporate accounts may be opened. Please inquire about our corporate consulting service for ongoing gifts throughout the year such as for clients' or staff birthdays.
How long will it take to ship my order?
This will depend on the availability of the items you select and the degree of customization required. Sometimes requested items and books need to be ordered. Plan ahead so that you may time your gift appropriately at the best value for shipping.
For occasions that you know about in advance, the earlier you place the order the better.
What about a personal message?
Tell us or email what you want to say on the gift card and how you want it signed. We will provide a personal, handwritten enclosure.
